Returns

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened products in their original condition.
• To start a return, please contact us before sending your item back.

Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Opened or used personal care products
• Custom or personalized items
• Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order.
